Our story
Alora's story was born from the experience of someone who lived the challenge of moving to the United States firsthand. Alessandra Mauser is Brazilian, has lived in the United States for 22 years and raised her two children in Dallas–Fort Worth. She knows every obstacle of this journey up close: the paperwork that never seems to end, the language barrier at the least expected moments, and those small everyday questions nobody warns you about before the flight.
It was from that lived experience, and from the wish to make the path lighter for other families, that Alora Relocation & Concierge was born. Here in Dallas–Fort Worth, Alessandra turns her own experience into practical, human and trilingual support for those who arrive full of dreams and need a friendly hand to start out calmly and well organised.
