Who is responsible

This website is operated by Alessandra Mauser, trading as Alora Relocation & Concierge, a sole proprietor based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Texas, United States.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we collect the fields you choose to provide: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, expected arrival date, and your message.

The form also sends a hidden Web3Forms access key, an email subject, and a bot-check field used to reduce spam. Do not include sensitive documents or immigration case details in the free-text message unless Alora has asked for them through an appropriate channel.

The current public contact channels shown on the site are email and Instagram. WhatsApp or phone links appear only if the site owner configures them.

Why we use it

We use your details to understand your relocation needs, reply to your enquiry, plan a first conversation, and prevent spam or misuse of the form.

We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Web3Forms processing

The contact form is submitted to Web3Forms at https://api.web3forms.com/submit. Web3Forms acts as a form processor and delivers the form content to Alora by email.

After that, Alora handles the message in its email inbox. Please do not send information that is not needed for an initial relocation enquiry.

Cookies, analytics and language choice

This site does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, third-party tracking scripts, or cookies.

The only browser storage used by this site is the localStorage key alora-locale. It remembers whether you selected Portuguese or English so the home page and language switcher can respect your preference. It is not used to identify you across other websites.

Your rights

If privacy laws such as Brazil's LGPD or GDPR-style rules apply to you, you may have rights to ask for access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or information about how it is used.

To make a request, email hello@alorarelocation.com. Alora may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it.

Retention and deletion

Alora keeps contact enquiries only for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, comply with applicable obligations, or resolve disputes.

In practice, contact-form enquiries are kept for up to 12 months from your last contact with Alora. If you become a client, records relating to that engagement are kept for the duration of the engagement and for up to 4 years afterwards, or longer where tax or legal obligations require it. After that they are deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time by emailing hello@alorarelocation.com.
