The Alora journey follows six stages. The first three happen while you are still at home.
Before you fly

First conversation
We get to know your family, your expected arrival date, your budget and what is non-negotiable for you. No obligation, in English or Portuguese.

Personalised plan
You receive a plan with recommended areas, realistic rental price ranges, school options and a week-by-week timeline of what needs to happen when.
- 03
Housing & school
We shortlist properties, run video viewings, negotiate the lease and secure a school place before you ever board the plane.
After you land
- 04
Arrival
We meet you at the airport, take you to your new home and make sure the essentials are handled for your very first night.
- 05
Settling in
Over the first weeks we sort the bank, Social Security, driver's licence, household accounts and health cover, coming with you in person wherever it helps.
- 06
Local life
We introduce your new network: doctors, shops, community and activities for the children. This is when a relocation stops being a relocation and becomes your life.
